I'm Chibs

 

I’m a stress & burnout coach, accredited mindfulness facilitator, and ex-burnt-out CEO. I’ve worked with leaders, high-achievers, and everyday humans who are tired of running on empty — and ready for something more grounded.

Through meditations, courses, and real-talk resources, I’ll help you rewire your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and stop the cycle of always pushing through.

My Story

 

I used to be the guy who had it all together — on paper.

A high-achieving CEO, pushing through stress like it was a badge of honour. But beneath the surface? I was burned out, disconnected from myself, and living on autopilot.

Eventually, my nervous system said “no more.” And that breakdown became the breakthrough.

I stepped away, retrained as a mindfulness facilitator, and started rebuilding — not just my career, but my relationship with my body, mind, and sense of purpose.

Now, I create meditations, courses, and tools to help high-achievers like you find calm, feel safe, and show up as your whole self — without burning out.
